Florence, Prato and Pistoia

Cleaning, porterage and storage, with proof of what was done.

Cypro Services Group works for apartment blocks, companies, medical practices and property managers across the province of Florence. Every job is logged, checked and available to read: we do not ask you to take our word for it.

How we work

The difference is not in the detergent.

Every cleaning firm says it is reliable. None of them can prove it the same evening. We built the system that lets us, and clients have access to it.

  1. 1

    Planned in advance

Each day is set the evening before: which sites, which areas, how many people, at what time. Nobody leaves in the morning wondering where to go.

  2. 2

    Logged on site

Operators open and close the job from their phone. We know who went in, when, and how long they stayed — and so do you.

  3. 3

    Checked afterwards

A team leader inspects the work and grades it. Anything below standard goes back in the queue the same day. The inspection closes the job, not the operator.

  4. 4

    Reported

At the end of the day the report is there: what was done, by whom, with what result, and anything flagged on site.

Your portal

Contract clients get their own access: scheduled work, completed work, inspection results, open issues and documents. No phone call needed to find out whether anyone came.

La Boutik dell’Usato

We clear flats and offices all year round, and a lot of furniture comes through that does not deserve a skip. Rather than throw it out we put it back on sale, at prices that have nothing to do with buying new. Furniture, appliances, household goods: the catalogue is online and you can order from the site.

Questions we get often

The answers we give on the phone ten times a week. If your question is not here, call us: it is quicker than writing.

  • Is the quote free?

Yes, and it commits you to nothing. For a standing contract we come and see the premises first: a price given over the phone for a building we have never seen is an invented number, and it always ends badly for someone. The visit is free even if nothing comes of it.

  • How is the price worked out?

On floor area, on how often we come, and on the type of space. A medical practice and a warehouse of the same size need neither the same time nor the same products. After the visit the quote sets out what is included, area by area.

  • Which areas do you cover?

Florence and its province, with regular work towards Prato and Pistoia. The radius is not unlimited, and that is deliberate: a crew that spends two hours in a van arrives tired and costs the client more.

  • Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, all included: detergents, machines, consumables. If you would rather your own products were used — which happens in food environments or where an internal protocol already exists — we agree it beforehand and write it into the quote.

  • Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. In warehouses and shops it is usually necessary: a warehouse is cleaned when it is idle, not while the forklifts are running, and a shop window has to be washed before opening. We work evenings, nights and weekends where the job calls for it.

  • How do I know you came?

By looking. Contract clients have their own access showing scheduled jobs, completed jobs, times in and out, the result of the inspection and anything flagged on site. No phone call needed to find out whether someone came on Thursday.

  • What if a job is not done properly?

We usually catch it before you do. Every job is checked by a team leader who grades it before it counts as closed: anything below standard goes back in the queue the same day, not the following week. And if it is you who spots something, it gets redone without argument.

  • Self storage: what kind of contract is needed?

Contracts from one week up, with no long minimum term. Access is unrestricted around the clock for the unit holder, and insurance is already included in the rent — not an option added at the bottom of the contract.

  • Can you move things into the unit for me?

Yes. It is the same trade as our removals work and it is better done by one team. Collection, transport and stacking in the unit are agreed alongside the storage contract.
