This site sets no cookies. No session cookies, no tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

For the same reason you will not find a banner asking you to accept them: there would be nothing to accept, and a banner that appears for no reason trains people to click “accept” without reading.

We use neither Google Analytics nor any other audience measurement tool. We do not know how many people visit the site, where they come from, or what they look at.

The server hosting the site records technical access data, as any web server does: IP address, date and time, page requested. These keep the service running and help spot attacks. They are not used to profile anyone.

The map comes from OpenStreetMap. Loading it means your browser contacts the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s servers, which see your IP address — technically unavoidable for any map.

We chose OpenStreetMap over Google Maps precisely for this: no cookie is set and no advertising profile is fed. If you would rather avoid that connection altogether, the address is written out in full next to the map.

When you contact us for a quote we process the details you give us (name, contact details, address of the property) in order to reply and, if a contract follows, to carry it out and invoice it. The legal basis is pre-contractual and contractual measures, and tax obligations for invoices.

We do not pass this data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

European Regulation 2016/679 gives you the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use and to receive a copy. You may also object to the processing.

To exercise these rights, write to cyproservicesgroup@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
