In this business trust is everything and none of it is verifiable. The client is not there while the work happens. In the evening they see a clean office, but they do not know how many people came, how long they stayed, whether a room was skipped, whether anyone noticed the leak under the sink. If they have a doubt, all they can do is ring up and be told everything is fine.

Most firms answer that with promises. We preferred to build the tool that makes the question unnecessary.

We built the system that runs our days in-house. Every job is planned the evening before, assigned to named people, opened and closed from a phone on site, then checked by a team leader who grades it before it counts as finished.

This is not a technical detail: it changes the conversation with the client. When someone asks whether we came last Thursday, the answer is not “of course we did”, it is the time in, the time out, who was there and the result of the inspection.

Contract clients reach all of it directly from their portal.

Florence and its province, with regular work towards Prato and Pistoia as well. The radius is not unlimited, and that is deliberate: a crew that spends two hours in a van arrives tired and costs the client more.

For a standing contract we come and see the premises, measure them, and propose a schedule area by area. The quote comes after the visit, never before: a number given over the phone for a building we have not seen is an invented number.

For one-off work the principle is the same, on a shorter timescale. Either way the quote is free and commits you to nothing.
